2. Services

We provide online educational courses and, where applicable, group and one-to-one coaching calls. Course access is provided for 12 months from the date of enrolment.

3. Payment

All fees must be paid in full at the time of enrolment unless otherwise agreed.

4. Consumer Rights

If you are a UK consumer, you have a legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of enrolment. However:

- By accessing digital course content immediately, you acknowledge that you waive this right.

- If you book or attend a one-to-one call within the 14-day period, no refund will be available for that service.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are only available within 14 days of enrolment if no digital content has been accessed and no one-to-one calls have taken place. After this period, no refunds are available.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, and resources are owned by Carly Dawson. You may not copy, share, or distribute them without written permission.

7. Learner Conduct

You agree to:

- Communicate respectfully in all group forums, communities, and one-to-one calls.

- Not engage in abusive, unlawful, or disruptive behaviour.

We reserve the right to remove access without refund if these rules are breached.

8. Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Available upon request.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Our courses are based on spiritual concepts and personal experience. They are for educational and personal development purposes only. They do not replace medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice.  

We make no guarantees of specific outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. However, if you are a consumer resident outside the UK, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
